 All our invoices are sent via PayPal, as we do request prepayment. Once the invoice is reviewed and addressed, we ask you ship them to our flagship store at 2730 Stillwater RD east Maplewood MN 55119. Please include a copy of your invoice in the box helping us identify your item. Please remove laces and inserts. Any lost or damaged inserts we will not be held responsible for.
